TEACHING
Teaching Assistant / Bahçeşehir University
Supported the design and facilitation of studio-based learning environments across undergraduate design courses. Collaborated with instructors to refine curriculum structure and instructional materials, and implemented a feedback-informed system to adjust teaching strategies iteratively. Guided students through conceptual development, prototyping, representation, and reflective documentation, supporting progression from exploratory inquiry to intentional design reasoning. Developed sensitivity to how learning unfolds across different levels of expertise, adapting instructional support to students’ evolving cognitive and representational needs.
Project Advisor / Hideo Sasaki Foundation, Boston, USA
Co-designed and facilitated learning experiences within a six-week, equity-centered design program for high school students (Summer Exploratory Experience in Design, SEED II). Mentored interdisciplinary teams developing a climate resilience hub, positioning materials and detailing as epistemic tools for climate-responsive reasoning. Observed and documented shifts in students’ thinking from decorative representation to relational decision-making, supporting learning through intentional scaffolding, pacing, and dialogic presentation practices.
Instructor / “Sympoietic Thinking: The dialogues of urban life”
Designed and coordinated a workshop examining how documentation reveals agency and coexistence in urban environments. Structured mixed-experience teams to support peer learning and used multimodal documentation as a tool for collective inquiry, fostering relational thinking and shared knowledge production.
Design Critic / Kent University
Invited design critic for undergraduate interior design studio reviews, providing formative feedback that supported students’ conceptual reasoning, representational decision-making, and reflective learning within a studio-based pedagogical context.
Design Critic / Istanbul Technical University
Invited design critic for final reviews of Architectural Design Studio III, offering formative feedback on conceptual development, spatial reasoning, and representational clarity to support reflective learning within advanced studio pedagogy.
Design Tutor / BAU Nomad Campus (Online)

Teaching Assistant / Porto Academy Summer School
Designed and facilitated a two-week international workshop at Porto Academy in collaboration with Assoc. Prof. William O’Brien Jr., contributing as a teaching assistant throughout the learning design and facilitation process. Guided students across axonometric drawing and plaster modeling to investigate how representational modes shape architectural reasoning, observing shifts from execution toward epistemic choice through dialogue, material engagement, and reflective comparison.
Lecturer and Design Critic / Eskisehir Technical University
Invited as a design critic for Interior Design Studio I reviews and delivered a lecture on narrative practices in design, introducing storytelling as an analytical and pedagogical tool to support conceptual reasoning and reflective studio learning.
EXPLORATION
